    Did you get the name of the CS monkey?

    The admission of the assumed you could drop may help.

    Regardless lodge the complaint. Seems like they at least considered calling to confirm the drop.

    Oh hell yeah I'm gonna go for it and I even have a QC message admitting their mistake. I will have to double check when I get back to the truck if I got the name of the CS rep but I think it was in there

    Explain again how CS screwed up? I don't get it. If your app was 10 and you showed up at 0600. How do you figure you got screwed. Its always an gamble going in early. If I know i'm going in early, I always call to see if load is ready.

    This is the delivery end. Set up as a drop and hook. Delivery anytime from 0800 yesterday to 1000 today...I got there at 0600 to drop it and was informed that it was a 1000 live unload and I wouldn't be taken early

    Verdict is I will get detention from the point I arrived not the assigned appointment time.

    Will be a moot point since I probably will be out before 12. Had I got here last night then that would be different. At least I'm headed to the house. Just a couple hours later than planned is all.

    couldn't you call the customer ahead of time to double check on the appt times and whether its live or drop/hook.
