    Last night I followed a , a ggghhh,? Not sweat pants but the polyester running pants dude into a restroom.
    He slung the toilet paper out of the holder and it hit the floor and than he folded it up to wipe, at least twice the paper hit the floor

    Yup Southern California although, they say possibly others... Out of the 3 tickets I bought I won $4. I'm lucky normally I get $0.
