Oil coolers from laredo to San Antonio, I wasn't happy with the strap placement on the back piece but at least I got the 4th strap on it

Personally I think the only difference in the rolls we get is where we buy it! Honestly I usually keep tie wire, but once it's in the toolbox it gets renamed! I didn't know the gauge, Both appear the same, and take the same abuse, until you go to form wire, that stuff is serious, roll is diameter of high tensile fence, wire is a lot fatter, but actually easier to handle than the fence wire. Safety wire will work in a pinch too, it's smaller diameter tends to cut into soft material and it seams brittle, breaks easier. As for Tire wire, is that a Michelin product?

    How about bailing wire?

Does anyone still do wire bails?

How come you didn't put any straps on the rear?

I have to agree about placement, I would put one right at the rear.

    I also notice,
That driver has some Huge Ears, and appears as though a shinny nose and cape! Is there some kinda Superhero at the wheel of that truck?

I don't think he could put one right at the rear because of the sliding rear axle on that step there's no winches. He needs a portable stake pocket winch or two or maybe use a chain back there.

First flatbed load of the year. Had to slam the drivers door a few extra times to make sure I don't forget how it's done. tmp_2902-IMG_20160205_104358603571143694.jpg
