Permit route and out of route question.

No problem, state will decide route but have to get you to the address you give them.
At 10 wide I don't think they will route you bad, get the new permit to exit where your other permit matches.

Illinois allows custom routing. It's a pain in the ### to use their user interface, but if you get on the phone with your permit company you should be able to see if the system will allow you to include that address in route.
