    Most of these jobs will be completely commission based. Some will offer a base salary and then offer a smaller commission percentage on top of that, but I don't think you'll find an hourly position anywhere.

    One of the larger regional brokerages that I'm familiar with has a $35-40k base with a commission plan based on total margin booked. No where near CHR and TQL level, but still multi-hundred million.
