I just have to ask in case anyone knows. Does CRST Malone pay their O/O's decently? I am not interested in a job with them by any means but 2 nights ago I was loading aluminum coils in Ky at Logan Aluminum and I was parked next to one of the sexiest stretched Pete 379's I have seen in a long time and he was running under CRST's authority.
He was busy as hell so I didn't bother to ask him about it but is seemed odd. Normally guys like that are under their own authority and have the industry figured out for the most part and don't need to lease on with a company, much less a company with the rep of CRST. -

If you read what I posted, you will see I have no intention of it. I am just curious how he was able to afford that tractor on CRST wages or if their O/O wages were better than I would think.
I work with a guy in Melton who drove team for CRST for 3 months and barely took home 2500 dollars in those three months. There is no way in hell I would consider them when I make that in 2 or 3 weeks depending on how much time I spend at home. -
you would be a fool to lol
and that melton im thinking of going with them, i know they pay well
for sure. i have a friend who works for them he gave me the heads up
and i did some research on my own. righ now im with crst and i love it NOT -

......Best advice anyone can ever get when it comes to CRST is to NOT let them help you get your CDL. I went in to training with a CDL, so they can't touch it.
Hi, let me ask you....what program did you get for the training portion of your time with CRST? I currently hold a FL CDL Class A but no recent experience (can't seem to get any either LOL) and I am considering CRST to get me back to trucking. But, like most newbies (post 9/11 anyway) I am not sure what traps to look out for.
Thanks for your time - I look forward to hearing/reading your reply.

ok guys let me just start by saying i love crst their the best cmp in the world
i would tell all the trucker from every cmp to go join crst
and leave the cmp your at, im sure theres no better cmp than crst
just read the threads here and ul see
now let me address your concerns if u have a cdl that good thats a start.
now do your self a favor do some research on cmps in in your area.
theres a site to get you started buddy
you need a cmp that will take you with no experience to get your foot in the door so u can get your 3month-6-1year experience, then the doors will start opening for your. don't expect to make any money in the first 6 months, well that depends on the cmp u go with if its crst u aint going to make any money at all . but its the experience you need thats what your looking for
HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK YOUR GOING TO NEED ITLast edited by a moderator: Mar 4, 2013
