Strata flex #10 from filter to the T #8 from T to the tank NOTE the lines from the T to the tanks have to b the same length
Return line #8 from engin to the T #8 from T to tanks have have to b the same length
If the lines from the T to the tanks are not the same length u will draw or return more fuel to on tank or the other
Hope this help
Also I'd replace the return line from the back of the head to filter if it's a cat that line vibrates a hole in it and has burnt a many nice trucksNightWind, W903B, ODR and 1 other person Thank this. -

I was thinking about using Eaton Synflex diesel fuel line:
http://www.eaton.com/ecm/groups/public/@pub/@eaton/@hyd/documents/content/pll_1173.pdf
I replaced my lines from the tank to the pump with Eaton Aeroquip FC300 10 and 8 and it seems like overkill. This hose is rated for 1000lb of pressure.
I want to do my return lines with the Synflex.Last edited: Feb 11, 2016
bigguns and scottied67 Thank this. -
There are differences between hoses made for pressure and hoses made for suction.

can the fuel hoses from the "T" to the tanks, both return and draw, be changed to metal lines? if so, what would be recommended metal and wall thickness?
NightWind Thanks this. -
Not recommended to run metal line from frame to tank or, splitter to frame. You can run metal if you want from frame to frame but, anything that leaves the frame will need to be flexible.
As far as material and thickness I'd run equivalent double annealed stainless steel automotive tubing, I believe -10 would be 5/8 tubing.NightWind Thanks this.
