FYI. Stand by for S6 and S6-Edge users to see one of those big Operation Systems updates to hit your screen very soon. Samsung is rolling it out to you now.

I like my marshmellows melted & smooshed between chocolate & graham crackers. That's one of the reasons I've never been too interested in Android phones...sissy names for their OS..."jellybean"..."marshmellow"...as if they are marketing them to 12 y/o girls.

    Mudguppy Thanks this.

The cutesy names and bright colors are just smoke and mirrors.

That company didn't make billions selling search engine results - they make billions by selling people.

The update has to go through the carrier first. So they can do their bs before releasing. You've still got 3 months roughly before it hits our phones.

Maybe it will fix some of the quirks my phone does...

Or add quirks. Since it's a new OS platform. And not an update to the existing rom.

I"m actually quite happy with mine. It's the first verizon phone i've ever had that actually works. Without glitches. And the fact that it's unlocked so i can wipe and reload the OS. Or any custom rom. Without root and bootloaders. Is really nice.

Got my marshmallow today. And it's taken out some of my coverage. Hope verizon comes out with an update. Really quick.

It took away my option to just swipe E-Mails to close. Or they changed an option somewhere.

I have not gone into the other screens to see how they are affected, but the lock screen changed and now you get a "circle" when it is on a wireless charger.

Disliking how the screen slowly lights up now.

If that's supposed to be a way of conserving battery, i fail to see how, when you have to wait a second for the screen to light up fully now.
