At Schneider do you need to get a CDL then Apply or do they pay for the CDL classes. Just wandering because there website is weird how its worded.

Schneider has a training academy, it is almost no cost to you according to the web site, however if you leave before the 18 months are up you gotta pay it back. Do some searches on this site, there's a few people around here who drive for them.

If possible, avoid company training. Check out in-state community collages for cdl training, but try to make sure they are accredited.

That is some good advice there, you don't want to be beholden to a company, and then someting happens yer out all that money. Community colleges are cheaper, try adult education places also, here they have one for 7 hundred bucks.
