Talk with Steve Larson. He is above the fm's. Just explain to him what is going on. Should be no problem at all. There is some really weird stuff going on right now. Not sure what the reason is.

As a company driver you don't. Your best option is likely to resolve the issues you're having.

    Lack of leadership
Basically I'm being punished for shifting sometimes at 1400 rpm as I mentioned in the other posts.

My fm flat out refuses to put me in the training program unless I get 7.75mpg and I can't ever shift at 1400 rpm, he tells me to lug the motor going up hills and ride the break going down.

He told me I derated my motor for over reving it whatever that means (I have zero rpms according to my qualcomm)

After I told him I'm being unfairly punished my miles are crap

I've been told by several drivers I have a lemon, I can't break 7mpg unless empty (I'm in a company lightweight, I never driver faster than 57 or 58 i've been shifting as he wanted me to even though it's dangerous and bad for the truck but now his excuse is I need 7.75 mpg.

This is a salt lake city fm, I've been an Fm before and I can tell you this guy does not know how to lead or do his job.

Bummer. Just my thoughts. Last week when I responded to something it was wicked weird. The whole fuel thing is subjective. We all covered that. I run hammer down and get 7.75-8.+ all week long. Always above fleet average in all 48. Now I have come to a conclusion that the top speed control unit is more sensitive and responds quicker, giving you all the momentum and does not let you slow down as much before cruise kicks in or something. Ran two weeks each. All terrain and weather. I saw some guys running 50. As for the the fm. Sounds like he may have some control issues. It is a shame you already tried to talk with him and now he is retaliating. I hope some company guys might chime in. I'm not company, I run lease, but you should have a better path for help I would guess being a company guy.
