I was driving my truck today when it suddenly just cut out. It was like I hit a kill switch. All my electrical cluster is still working, lights, directional, radio etc.. I go to start it and nothing. Checked all my fuses they look good. I would think its a loose connection for broken wire? Any help would be great.

Ok, at key on, do you get the yellow check engine light and red stop engine light? This will tell you if the ecm is powering up or not. Then, while cranking, does the tach show any rpm? If not, could be cam sensor or ecm not working. Any oil pressure issue for the injectors will cause a check engine light.

Did the 95 have an ECM? I thought that was a mechanical engine.

95 was the only year the 466 was available in both mechanical and electronic. The T444E had replaced the 7.3 litre already. T444E is all electronic.
