I'm not jumping to any conclusions, I'm just saying, just because you are allowed to be in that lane dont mean you should ride in that lane..If you were in the #4 you might not be on here telling us it was her fault...

    It was her fault...

You're either too ignorant to understand the purpose of my post, or just a troll.

Judging from other things I've read from you on this forum, I'd say it's both.

    Now, just bug off.

Genius statement! Let's see...4 wheeler tail ends a big rig (or any other vehicle) and somehow it isn't the fault of the vehicle that hits another vehicle in the rear. I guess all these years of accident investigation, and eye witness corroboration of the incident have now become moot. Better send off a memo to the Attorney General to rewrite the science of accident investigation! ...... I'll get right after that memo to the AG!

The idiots in cars are never at fault. We're not supposed to be in their way. Just ask them?

If you're a truck driver that thinks 4-wheelers will not jump the gun, then you're bound to come in contact with one of them at some point in your career. You need to drive preemptively at all times. Especially in busy hours when people are commutting to their jobs; which is when many jump the gun to squeeze out of the slow lanes.

I don't know one truck driver (I know many) who doesn't know that a car will jump the lane to the right and try and pass at times.

I drive very preemptively. I also know that these same idiots will cut you off if you're in the lane which is ending and merging back to the left. Which is exactly where I was at when this girl jumped the lane.
