What's the obvious reasons? Although I've not been there, worked for a company that has had deliveries there

Just because most of the freight I know goes by rail up there. We use to have a run there but apparently the roads were so bad that it wasn't worth the maintenance. I got all this second hand so I can't verify but I was told a lot of gravel roads and that sort of stuff. So basically, most companies aren't going to run there for the fact that there is little freight, bad roads and that's a hell of a deadhead back.

I'm pretty sure North Dakota is the only state I've never actually picked up or delivered in. Do a lot of Vermont for Ben and Jerrys. I've done Rhode Island on more than one occasion. Delivered at a grocery warehouse in Butte, MT years ago on my way back from Washington to NY.

But I've definitely never been to North Dakota to pick up or deliver.

Just North Dakota. Have driven through but never bumped a dock. Have done the connected provinces except Manitoba.

North Dakota and Montana( though I've hauled some great food out of Wheat Montana). It's hard to believe you box jockies have never been to C&S in Brattleboro, VT. I haul into and out of RI several times a year. Newport or N Kingstown are great places to go.

Alaska, and not for obvious reasons. i hate snow, cold, ice, and long dark periods.

Hawaii, tried it twice actually, the first time, no snorkel, i had to turn around. the second time, my GPS told me Hawaii was to the left of the big rock. it wasn't, and i ended up in Australia.

When are they going to open up Hawaii?
A nice long bridge with way stations every 100 miles or so. And elaborate resorts and truck stops every 500 miles.

That would be ever so cool!
