    I'm on the way to Nashville Monday or tues so really trying to weigh the pros and cons after 20 years driving.then out for 7 years now finished refresher coarse to get back in .need all I can get on info..I know what I'm getting back into with the companies out there now,tks

    Plan to go to orientation at Super Service either the end of March, or first week of April. Any ideas on what to expect for the orientation and 4 week training course? Any idea on the pet policy? All my recruiter told me was Non-Aggressive, 50 Ibs, and Shots up-to-date.

    Took me a while to narrow down between Schneider, JR Schugel, Super Service, TransAM and Swift for the company to go to to get my 1 year of experience.

    I have gotten almost all of the way through the hiring process. I wonder what the orientation and training experience is like? Specifically, what does their 'physical screening' involve? I'm an old guy in reasonable shape, but 'Give me 50' won't work well with me, unless they give me a week.

    What's the story? Keep it safe.
