Helena. That dam in the photo is the one for Canyon Ferry Lake. It is a 40 mile trip if you decide to go around.

And there was about 3 more feet of snow on Donner in the last 24 hrs! I'm thinkin a global climatic inversion is underway......................

Kinda looks my favourite truck wash lol. It was so nice in Alberta last week compared to rainy bc. I didn't wanna go home. I got reminded it was still winter by being blasted with snow on the coke and then rain in chilliwack....

@nate980 do you see Jamie Davis running around up there a lot? That show makes the Coke look like a disaster area in winter

That show was prob the worst thing he ever did for business.... After it aired everyone went flocking to the coke for the money and his work was getting less and less. I saw last week his shop was for sale so I dunno if he's packing up and just focusing on Alberta or downsizing in bc. The highway really isn't that bad IMO. It's the road Maintence crews that really screw the pooch. Sometimes it's really good, other times your just wondering to yourself why the chain up lights are on since your driving on bare pavement and then there's the days where you don't see a plow truck the whole time you drive the highway and it's a mess. I've fallen victim to the big hill, spun out pulling a set of btrains with one set on when I should have thrown two but even then it was iffy and i wasnt loaded with very good weight on my drives since it was a nightmare to make it all fit. some people still weren't making it with two sets $300 tow bill to the top. Quiring handled that one and he's out there the most now since he's contracted with the road Maintence company.
