Are tattoos a deal breaker?

Only if the company are douchebags. Anywhere I've worked they just take a look at them to make sure their not offensive which is fair enough.

 

Just go bang on the door! Spent the night in North Platte Nebraska at the "lovely" pilot there. I left AFW to come drive for this smaller outfit and lemme tell you something you probably already know....when they say reefer, paper logs, and lots of miles just say no thanks....not in today's age of coops talking back and forth too tricky. Kids coming soon, im going local its my last run. Nice! We are galaxy buddies then! Flip phones are pretty sweet though huh, cops like lemme see your text, then you just snap it in half. It also depends on the type of tattoo. If they are vulgar or gang tattoos they will probibly be a problem. If they are tasteful they will most likely not be a problem

 

With your whole body as a canvas... Do you need to have you neck and hands done?

I am just asking in general... Then you don't have to wonder.

I would say tasteful tattoos that are very well done are sexy.

 

With what some drivers wear these days I wouldn't be worried about some tattoos.

Wear a collared shirt, nice pants, shower, brush your teeth and wear some deodorant and I don't think any company worth your time would turn you down.

Good to hear from ya; WOW on your last big run, and going local? AWESOME! Better for the family, for sure. I love just doing Ohio/local-regional. Some long days, yeah.. Not that I've seen.Just go to a busy TS around 11am and see how many drivers are tatted up.

Ohio? Sweet man! Unfortunately, after a long talk with the old lady and this other company, we couldn't swing going locally financially. So I'll be making a few more road runs. Colorado is home I'll be up around Ohio next few runs I imagine, I'll hit you you if I'm around that area! Drive safe!
