Ok.. here is the deal.. I worked for dominos for 19 years.. yes its good money.. I made 85,000 a year.. but its hard work.. you touch everything and handcart all the food.. I now work for Walmart.. much better job.. no touch freight and more money then domino's.. The problem I had with working with dominos out of groveland fla was the give raises, little one';s, but raises.. however its given on your anniversary hire date.. I was there for 19 years and was the lead trainer.. I started in august of 1995.. here is the problem.. the guys I would trane would make more money then I did if they started before august... if they started in january or feburary they get the raise first.. then I got mine on my anniversary date in august.. THIS IS SO WRONG... There was lots of little things that piss off drivers.. Here is another one.. They got all new volvo trucks several years back.. and the drivers that smoked stunk up the brand new smell within a month.. They were not allowed to smoke in the tractors, but they did.. NOTHING WORSE THEN WORKING WITH A SMOKER that stinks up a new tractor and gives me a nice black lung myself by breathing in that junk...They make you take monthly tests.. same test month after month.. you get downtime pay for it, but how stupid is it that this company makes you take the same tests month after month..and I did the same tests for 19 years....You have to come in on sunday for meeting's.. use to be monthly, but I believe its like 4 a year now.. They dont pay for travel time too and from the meeting, but do pay downtime for the meeting.. but ON SUNDAY.. Please.. that's family time...any other questions feel free to post here, or e-mail me at Divinnut@aol.com... thanks.. and if your ready to break you back for some money have at it... They hire lots of drivers these days.. and most cant even drive right..

When I left 2 years ago they had 32 drivers.. now they have 45..reason is they cant get the routes covered properly.. most of the drivers they hire really dont want that hard work.. you usually have to do 3 routes a week and they are 20 hour routes or longer..
