20 second post rule

What is the deal with this lately? I have noticed it more often. When I log in and then hit todays post it reads you must wait 20 seconds. I know that 20 seconds have passed sometimes because I posted this morning and then went and got a cup of coffee. Fed the stupid cats and then came back in here and hit todays post and got you must wait... Heck as slow as I type there ought to be a 5 minute handicap gap in there anyway... LOL

 

There has to be some kind of glitch. I tried to respond to this and got 3 must waits. The last one was try again in 4 seconds. I waited and the next one was 20 seconds again.... it said go stand in corner you are not following TOS.... Seriously tho, it started me over on the countdown....

Thanks Wiseone, sometimes a fellar can't wait 20 seconds to make someone mad! There was kind of glitch with the time factor of that 20 seconds tho...
