What's up TTR! I have been using my phone as a hotspot when I have time to hit the ps4, but when a call comes through, my data drops lol. (Sorry Sprint!) Does anyone know of a viable hotspot I can take on the road other than my phone?

    Verizon,..

I can talk and use my laptop at the same time.

I believe ATT also allows this.

I know that's an option, but they don't have UNLIMITED DATA!

I guess you get what you pay for then.

What good is unlimited data when you are in a poor service area?

Its likely a phone issue over a sprint issue. What phone do you have?

This is the exactly reason I have a love/hate relationship with Verizon. They have what has got to be the best footprint of any wireless carrier I've ever done business with. We run a lot (almost exclusively) of I-10 and, when we get to West TX/AZ/NM, I often have coverage and data in areas where the other drivers' cellphones turn into high-tech paperweights with no signal whatsoever. But, OTOH, I have to be very cautious with my data usage. I could get way better deals on data by going with some of the same providers as the other drivers but that means I would lose that crazy coverage area, and that's probably the only reason I stay with them for now.

If you need coverage and you need unlimited then search unlimited verizon data on ebay. It will cost you but it can be had. I'm very glad I've had it for the passed year. I've been sitting out in the middle of nowhere in ND doing my 10 and enjoyed watching a few episodes in full HD on netflix. Also downloaded the lastest game on steam while driving down the road. But ya. Its not a cheap option. But not stressing about usage is worth it to me.

    Unlimited and won't be throttled?

Not that I've ever noticed and there are many reports of it not being throttled.

Could you link me to that? I've seen hotspots talking about unlimited. For unlimited I'll go ahead and move to Verizon permanently
