I really wish TTR moderators cracked down on stuff like this. It's one thing to have a opinion on something but outright slander with no coherent thoughts to back it up is bull crap.

 

Unfortunately, and I really do mean that - because I hate to see people's financial stability in jeopardy through no fault of their own -

It's not unfounded.

Everyone wants the truth until they're faced with it.

 

I can respect that but for the benefit of others and getting your post across, make a effort to put together a couple of articulate paragraphs not blabber with some exclamation points.

 

Now see, you statement comes across much better... Known poster with history and said in a much different tone as well.

I know if it were me, I'd be pretty mad. I can run my operation for a few weeks without pay - but that's not the point.

I lease on to you - we have an agreement, you pay me what is due - when it is due. The only reason for late payments in my opinion is money mismanagement.

I'd hate to see anybody else go there and run into the same problem, therefore I think it should be public knowledge.

Nobody stands up for the little guy anymore. We have to help each other.

 

Ah the spot market giveth, the spot market taketh away. Always has been, always will be. I will agree that an all owner operator model with cash flow problems indicates money mismanagement, too much overhead, or, most likely too aggressive with growth. That's one of the fastest ways I know of to cause it. I hope you guys get all your money eventually. Good luck.
