RigDig accident report opinion

After doing some homework (Thanks to this Forum) I went to check some Cascadia's 125 (DD15 / 10 Spd) .. 2012 to 2014. One that caught my attention, even though the almost 500K miles and the lack of maintenance records are a red flag, tempted me to run it through RigDig. Below is the result.

I'm curious to check if there's any way I could get more info on the accident. (Curiosity mainly and in case in the future something similar comes up).
