So far I've hauled 3 loads with my new to me Volvo and Cottrell highrail. This thing fits anything I need it to! Scaling it however is proving to be the challenge. My empty weight is 45,780 full of fuel. Is this about right or on the heavy side?
Please share some empty weights of your rigs. Thanks!

It's about right. That's about what the one I drive weighs empty. It really depends on the truck model and how the trailer is set up, hydro slides heavier than flippers, newer truck with emissions stuff heavier that older one without it. Just depends on the setup but yes your in the ballpark.

Mine is also a highrail with a 389 Pete, but I have full belly pans front to back on trailer, fixed metal bat wings which in my opinion are well worth the weight and disk brakes all the way around the tractor and trailer. I may have been able to drop 500-1000 lbs, but in my opinion I prefer the options instead.
I also never really need 200 gallons of fuel onboard, so if I load half full on fuel or so I can still haul 35,500 or so.

So I guess that's just the way it is for me now, no more worries about fitting it, just worry about scaling it. Or tell my customer to stop buying so many #### trucks and SUVs!
