Um, if Mrs BT had a geneticist out here, we would. Unfortunately, she had a VERY rare genetic disorder that requires us to be in one of 5 areas. Boston, NYC, Lancaster County PA, Detroit, and Possibly California. 5 doctors in the country specialize in her disorder.
Shame, as we both agree this would be an awesome place for both our careers. Me driving and her with criminal psych, forensic something or other.

And OP. Isn't it ashamed how bad southern NH has become? I was going to invest in NH, lived in Dover, Rochester. Looks too much like Massachusetts now, plus the col has tripled in 10 years.

You can budget for a trip to PA annually. Take some vacation days and make the trip. Live in excellent weather the rest of the year. Anyway, most of us have some hurdles in life and some are more complex than others. We just have to do whats best with the situation.
