    I said I was guessing, but just based off of his $1000 for 50 hours that would be $20/hr average. He never said if that $1000 was take home or gross. I would hope it was take home otherwise he's right, the pay sucks.
    You're right, good chance it's gross. I was being optimistic for him that it was net. My mind might have inserted the taking home part.

    Yea I just waited to 5am.. Called support they don't know nothing smh..

    Yaknow im gonna throw something out here, it may have been brought up before... But why is it that we can't see the customer before assigning the load??? I've never heard of any load boards not giving that information out. I mean its pretty ####ing basic am i right?
    Btw-americold in bethlehem PA SUCKS!

    I didn't know they don't show customers name, I would say that is a huge problem for trip planning.

    Don't most other load boards not post the rate and you have to call the agent/broker to find out? That would drive me nuts.

    I wish they would show the customer but usually if you've been there before you can figure out who the customer is.
    Like a load picking up in "Vandalia" is you know who because we have a big account with them.

    I don't know why they don't show the customer until after you book it. I could guess but that aint happening. I think they once mentioned something about it in orientation but i can't remember.
