I have been with Roehl for a month on the 7/4, 7/3 program. Hometime is very important to me and this program is a great balance between the need for miles and the need to be home. No company can guarentee to get you home on time, but they can make sure you get quality time at home. Roehl is the first company that truly has kept their promise. As a new driver you need to keep in mind that driving a truck is not nine to five and every company is only as good as the load planners and your dispatcher.

its important to keep your promise.
