I know, and maybe.
I just got a pplan sending me north to PA. I turned t down, telling them that I need to head west for an important home time.
The pplan was removed.
Let's see what happens next.
And I know the planners are trying. They seldom fail to get me where I want to be for home time.
It does take a reminder or two, sometimes.

I think its a situation of just moving you or us around a bit , to get us to a plng area that maybe might have the fr8 to get us to where we wish to be.
And yeah, LUCK! is sometimes the biggest factor in that happening.
Good luck Moose,
donMoosetek13 Thanks this. -
I actually had to look at TruckerPath to make sure . It had to be the summer of 2014 since I wasn't in that area at all last year . We got to talking on the CB after I passed you and got cut off bad by a pickup trying to make the next exit . I hollered at you to tell you I wasn't brake checking you . We stopped at the Loves in Joseph City , AZ so I could check out your rolling gizmo .
BTW , did you go to the Richmond shop ?

They only charge you if you owe anything once you turn truck in. I turned in my truck and all I had to do is pay what I owed on that settlement.

Hi Frank, no I decided to go to the TA instead, and get an oil change, and that's when it all turned to crap. I was really hoping that the tech would just be dumb enough to pass the trk anyway, but no such luck.
Wow, you must have one hell of a good memory. Hell, I might even put it earlier than that, like 2013 ? maybe?
You must be a nice, good decent person, cause mostly I only really remember most the people that really piss me off, LOL
Hopefully we'll meet again, and please be sure to say hello.
So its off to WVC, UT again, and then try to figure out what to do with this truck. Eventually they all tell me I'm going to need an inframe done, $20K, As things stand now, I am looking at almost $5K repair bill just to fix leaks and one or 2 other things. I really need to talk to the Swift loan dept, to see if I get a $20K debt on my settlement from having onroad pay for the inframe, that's if they will, can I finance the debt through Swift? If yeses, then I might just go ahead and get everything all done at once, and never have anything to worry over again for years and years.
We'll see I guess.
bye frank, -
Oh, okay. I in my mind also thought they would go over the trk with a fine tooth comb and also charge for anything they considered needing fixed, but hopefully, it will be a smooth hassle free change for you, without getting screwed for any reason.

That is why the escrow and security deposit account. There is $2,500 in those. One I get back as long as nothing wrong and the other, it is theirs.
-
Yes your right, I asked payroll about getting the performance bond back I had to pay, it was only $1500, they said 45 days.
$2500, wow a tidy little sum, I 'd better call and warn the casinos and tell them your coming, haha. -
But look on the bright side, you can still change your mind, stay with Swift another 20 or so years and live happily ever after, oh my!

It took three hours to get my loaded trailer back to the guard shack, 2k over on the tandems. The guard tells me I'm going to have to pull around and reweigh after I fix it, so I told him I would just drop it off and leave instead if I had to wait in the line for another hour. He sealed my trailer and printed my bills quick. Sitting in Boise City ready to pass out.
