    If you run over a sharp metal object and it pierces the fuel tank a bar of soap will plug up the fuel tank until you can make it to a shop to have it fixed

    I agree , you can't beat a plug. Or if in a pinch a screw with some duct tape driven in to get you down the road until you can repair it properly.

    How about cable ties through a burned out Horton fan clutch, jammed it up enough to get it home to replace it

    Most Horton will have a small threaded bolt hole in them. Line up the holes and screw in the bolt
