I've always said that stupid ought to be painful...encourages people to be less stupid when it hurts.

 

Nope, that lady was just a douche, I personally would have let her know that right then. I have no patience for some judgy a hole that has no clue what their talking about.

 

They insurance won't allow them to hire under certain circumstances. Their CSA score is top 10%. You would respect why they so strict. They have an integrity to keep up

 

When I lived in Montana I applied with JP ..they jacked me around for a couple weeks (perfect mvr , 30 years experience , good DAC)..then told me they couldn't hire me and wouldn't give me a reason ...no great loss when i found out they're associated with prime lol

 

A rollover is also pretty much a death sentence. I had one and now I'm stuck back in retail not making much.

 

^^^ not necessarily. Depends on the details. My co-worker rolled a bridge beam on a skateboard a year or so ago, but the witness and the people at the site, all agreed that the 2 semi's in b4 him weakened the ground (dirt and gravel abut to a creek area) and it's totally NO WHERE on his papers, because the site people admitted fault, asking him to even back IN there. It's situationally specific. If I can find the pix, and figure out how, I'll post them, but all in all, he got NO repercussions!

PS: @Exrayman4000 IS RIGHT. Load abandonment, or quitting under dispo ... is the worst of the worst.

Two truck drivers traveling together became involved in an armed altercation with each other at a Love’s Truck Stop in Shelby, Iowa over the weekend — allegedly over a missing bag containing marijuana and guns.

Missing Bag With Marijuana And Guns Leads To Truck Stop Fight
Trucker Derrick Addison, 46, was reportedly traveling with another truck driver, Anthony White, 46, who had been recently fired.

Addison later told police that he stopped at the Shelby Love’s truck stop along with White and a female companion. Addison went into the truck stop, but said that when he came out, one of his bags was missing. He admitted that the bag contained marijuana and guns.

Addison accused White of taking the bag, which led to a heated argument. White reportedly attacked Addison with a tire thumper, missing his body but breaking his cell phone. When White swung again, he made contact with Addison’s arm but fell to the ground. The fight continued and Addison told police that he stabbed White in self defense.

Police say that Addison suffered numerous knife wounds.

Both Truck Drivers Arrested For Assault
Both drivers were arrested and charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. Addison was able to post his $2000 bail, while White remains in custody, also on $2000 bail.

 

Another Florida driver had a rollover with a tanker and was back to work in a couple weeks with Florida Beauty Express.
