The way I understand it, it goes off the DOT inspections that are given to the trucks, as well as any accidents that are recorded. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
Hubby was just DOT'd on the 11th of June, a Level 1 inspection, and got the pretty lil sticker for his window. NO violations found. We were pretty exited about that. -

You sayin you bought a new truck Pony?
Lets see the pics. Also PM 550 and he'll tell you how to get more power and MPGs out of one.
There are a few threads around here with the advice too. Injector codes, fuel wire are two of the cheapest things that will give you MPGs and power. Unhooking the waste gate vacuum hose off the turbo always gave me another 3 or 4 lbs of boost. Not a lot but slightly noticeable.
I hope you like your CAT as good as all the ones I've liked. -
Oh and if your T2000 is solid other than the cratered motor drop a reman Diptroit or CAT in and keep rollin.

Dang!!!! they are no where close to that costly from the suppliers in the truckpaper.
Didn't sell, company got it back. Fleece purchase gone bad. Call it repoed or what every you want. Lucky for me the loan wasn't in my name. Now they have a truck to pay for that isn't making money. Oh well, they shoulda tried harder to keep me rollin. They did not try every thing they could have. -
