    You will not get a good driving job without experience. I hate to do this but go with swift for at least a year then doors WILL start opening up. just keep your head and be on time and don't take chances and you will be ok with swift.

    Dart will also train you,typically I have a trainee for 150 hours driving time,that usually happens in about 2.5 weeks,I can put you in contact with someone,Dartco has a lot of dedicated freight in Minnesota and the upper Midwest,and being HQ out of the cities it's easy to stay regional
