If you have a lot of customer service experience and talent you might want to find something that requires more of that (HHG, LTL, car transport?) or if you're better at doing the books, managing money maybe you'd be better off learning about brokering and getting a brokers license and running some of that under your own authority with your own trucks. I am good with books, service, finance, accounting, information technology, Marketing. I really don't understand brokerage but it would be nice to have and use
