put new vibratech damper on. drained the old stock one.

    Forgive my ignorance on this subject. But is that the same thing as a harmonic balancer? And I'm not sure they are all that easy to change, think on my Pete the radiator would darn near be in the way. I wish I could have looked again before posting this, I hate looking silly

    Lester, yes....more or less

    Depends on the truck. On my 94 KW with a CAT 3406 it can be removed with the radiator in place. Not so much on a FL Century or Columbia with a DD60. I've never done it on the DD60 but it looks really cramped in there.
