Us uber drivers has to use the app. Incredible app

 

Bonus you can download Morgan Freeman's voice to be your navigator. Granted its clips from London has fallen but it made me feel special to hear him tell me the free world depended on me to reach my goal lol.

 

Google Maps/Traffic has built in Waze. I assume it is the same. Very helpful when approaching a major metropolitan area.

 

Using waze for longer distances and google maps for when I actually get to destination. Not for directions, but the traffic reports from waze and the satellite from google maps are awesome combined.

 

google gets updates from waze. If you use the waze app you get more current info, updated faster.

FYI most map databases now get map updates from waze as well. New roads, closed roads, construction, etc.

 

When there are pedestrians on the shoulder i get perverse pleasure reporting "Animals" on the shoulder lol. I dont think 'pedestrians' is an offered choice

 

It's funny you gotta take your eyes off the road to give a bear report with that app... It's a lot safer to use the CB radio.

 

What if you see a cop sitting in the median and you want to report it to other users I think you have to punch things in on your phone to make it happen.
