    I was lied to about this trucking academy. When I arrived everything changed. To many. I wasn't given the training that I was suppose to get.was told I could go solo after 10,000 mls.not so.only team.there wasn't a witness to me signing my contract. How can I get out of my contract?

    the worst they can do is slam your credit report. dispute it, and pull them into litigation. these contracts are usually not even enforceable in a court of law. I'd never pay a single cent to any company for "CDL Training." Do what makes you happy. They don't have anything holding over your head.

    Yeppers. Document everything that was not as promised, and walk away from the loan. The only problem you might have is the hit to your credit. Go apply to another bottom feeder mega that offers training and you'll be good.
