Close. Telling my boss wasn't a question. That can't happen in the trucks. I was just asking exactly what could have happened to me on a stop, so I could add that into what I told him, so that me and the other drivers there don't have to end up in that situation again.

tucker and Bean Jr. Thank this.

They were idiot co worker not friends. You should have stopped and kicked them out . But since you did not your right in telling the boss. His insurance, his business, his future are all at risk due to the actions of these employees that have no respect, no sense of responsibility. sick people use drugs.

Furniture moving ain't easy lol. The fact that some mover dudes were smoking some pot and drinking a few beers after a job doesn't concern me at all. I'm sure the boss, when he finds honest hard working punctual men willing to do this work, would be apt to "look the other way" as long as the customers are happy. The issue is wether or not you, the driver, are willing to accept the risk. I wouldn't because its unlikely the DOT officer would believe someone could smoke pot in the truck without you catching a whiff. Not to mention the fact that its against regs to even have pot and alcohol in the truck at all. Not worth the risk. Find another job ASAP. If you didnt smoke you have nothing to worry about as far as testing goes. There is a threshold that needs to be exceeded and exposure to the smell of weed, after it was smoked, is absolutely nothing to worry about.
