07 kW Daycab has new drier new expansion valve and new orings Idling it blows cold but going down road it gets warm. Water valves are off and I have clean evaporated core and heater core...... Also blower fan seems fine at box but barely blows out vents. Thanks in advance

Do you have a condensation drip from the box? If not, the drain is stopped up and filling the box up with water. Should also produce a stale, fishy smell.

Does the air flow change when you move the fan speed switch? Are the blower fans correctly mounted on the motor shaft? I bought a W9 once and someone had reversed the fans. It would blow but not very well. Is the resistor good?

Just wondering, have you have the Freon level checked? And has the cab air filter been replaced? I have a 2007 W900 myself. Air wasn't doing so great, would blow warm as the truck heated up, but it just needed a Freon recharge in my case, luckily.

Probably a blocked drain from the evaporator core. Usually the moisture drips out the tube as it forms but if its blocked it will accumulate and form a block of ice that restricts air flow out the vents as well. Had that happen little over a week ago. Cleared out the drip tube and had almost half a gallon of water come pouring out.

All the KW ' s I have owned from 99 to 07. I have had to charge the freon half a pound less than what is required to keep it from doing what your having trouble with.

I guess I should have read the title lol.

Usually cab filter is an add on option. If you have one it'd be screwed on over the mesh on the passenger side cowl, by the air cleaner. If you don't have one its a good idea to get one. In dusty conditions you'll take out blower motors on an alarming basis.
