This is probably the most f****ed up place that I have seen .... when you arrive you have to check in with the security shack then with shipping where they assign you a "slot" number
Then you pull INTO the building ... blind 90 degree dock the trailer .... unhook .... bobtail outside and wait listening to the cb for when they are done
They load the trailer so messed up .... everything slammed on ... not straight some at an angle .... I had 5 stops and has to be tarped .... BUT they just had to mix stops on the sections so that you have to untarp more than needed
PLUS dont expect to get a decent response to any question without having an attitude with it ... sure hope dont have to go there again .... talked to another driver that was tarping while i was waiting for them to load .... that driver had been there for just over 7 hours .... luckily it only took them 3 to load mine

Then the place has not changed at all. It was just like that 4 years ago.

I go in there and live load. I never drop. I get in and load pretty quick. Never had an issue there except where you pull up to stage before you back in. Had a mexican driver try to get in beside me while I was backing in the door. He got his truck all jacked around and neither one of us could move. I got out and pointed for him to move. I did not even try to help him back out. He was in a big hurry to get in there and if he would have waited 60 seconds he would have had more room to set up. I have no tolerence for some fool that can't wait for someone to get in a dock. He did not save any time just cost us both time.

We've been in there ONCE. On the list to not return to. What a clusterpump that place is.

Around 10 years ago I live loaded several East Coast / Vegas ect loads and I usually ended up walking cross the steet to the crumy McDonalds for some grub during the lengthy wait.

I went there once, 2 years ago. I had 4 drops on the load. They won't let you watch whats going on while they are loading you since you have to drop the trailer and wait outside. I told them how I wanted it and when it was finally loaded they had most of the load on the front of the trailer and about 12 feet of deck in the back with nothing on it. I told them it would never scale out and when I checked it I was 44,000 on the drives and less than 20,000 on the trailer. Went back to the office, had to wait for shift change, finally got the trailer back inside and dropped it. They reloaded it the way I wanted it. I was there over 9 hours waiting. When I got it tarped and ready to go it was almost midnight. I ran a few stoplights getting out of that neighborhood at that hour of the night. Never again.

I hear ya there, I have been to both their locations in Harvey. They stink to the max. Then again any place i've been to in the Chicago area stinks ( my buddy and I decided it was because they had to live there that they were so unpleasant and slow)

I've been there once, and will definately have to agree it's an f***** up place. They have no orginization and are in bad need of management liquidation!
