Only thing I could think of is he has a Volvo with the glass bowl fuel filter and wants to know how often he drains it? Or maybe the water separator?

either that or its if you run the tanks empty enough you eliminate any chance of stale fuel...... that makes for foul smelling exhaust after all

When you are ready to air out your fuel tanks, let me know so we can get that extra fuel out of the way. Will not charge much.

Going down a new route??? Crack open your oil drain valve to leave a trail to backtrack down.
