You see guys this is what I am talking about. Here you have a CC Cob employee that started out as a receptionist, got a promotion to recruiter and now want to come on our trucking forum that is for drivers and pose as a driver to try and defame drivers with legitimate information that they want to pass on to other drivers so they will not make the same mistake. Notice how she said (cause the rest of us good drivers) when she is not even a driver but a corporate shill. I did not know that that was part of a recruiters job description, to go on to trucking forums and pose as a driver. What a waste of a college degree. Thanks for exposing yourself Melanie and proving my point on the type of operation you guys run there. I rest my case drivers!

I'm a company driver here at cccob out of the rahway terminal. it's pretty great here, BUT letting you know if you applying for a company driver position the trucks they have for company drivers HAVE breakdown issues. It's a fleetwide thing. I been in 3 different trucks some far since I been here. I started last June. The 1st truck they claim they fix when it was degrading speed to 55mph. The shop told the company it was like $18K in repairs that was needed. They only fix the minimum which was the slow 55mph speed, when I got on the Indiana toll road on 80 my mirrors was shaking bad to where the images in the mirror you couldn't see no more & the truck vibrated so excessive. I radio the prime driver I was passing ask him did he notice something where then BOOM. the drive shaft broke off lifted the truck & trailer & drop it right back down. The coolant came out, air lines came out they had to call a tow truck on the toll road to tow it.
The 2nd truck it was another issue with the engine speed degrading. 2x so they put me in this other truck that's a 579 so far I had the ac went out on me. It was blowing nothing but outside air. This was 2 weeks ago. So I stay in the drivers seat only slept 2 hours & couldn't take it no more. I was driving while I was out of hours cause that's the only way I was getting cool air inside. They gave me a final warning cause of my logs issue saying they'll have to terminate me, I told them do what they gotta do they took my off duty driving away *which was at my own stupidity not the companies* back in June I used the 2 hours off duty driving they give us to go from California to Texas back to Jersey in time for Father's Day within a 4 day time. So they suspended me for that one. That was strictly me though & I told them I own up to it. But they told me after 10 days I'll get my off duty driving back. I never gotten it back & never asked about it. I just do what they hate me doing. Logging off Qualcomm & driving if I need to do off duty driving. I don't have no issues with the terminal manager at all its just with the truck breakdown. BTW I'm out of the Rahway NJ terminal. Terminal manager don't won't me to go cause I'm basically they top earner. But hey, it is what it is. I was thinking about looking into Time dc or Altom transport.Texasvybz Thanks this. -

Sorry for the late reply. But yes it's that bad, it's disturbing cause if you ran like I did you can hit 100K with them as a company Driver there. They downfall that prevents them from getting there is they equipment. The amount of time it spend at the shop
