    Just wanting to know what the process is for a haz mat load through the tunnel. I heard there is no escort anymore and that there is an escort. Biggest concern is how big of a delay should I expect.

    There was an escort last time I went through. You just pull into the little pull off if its open. They will stop traffic, then escort you through. Doesnt take long.

    The pickup is usually either in NB side or SB side but theres usually someone in the buildings on both sides. If either side is closed, it will say it on the overhead sign before you get to it.
