Good school and many drivers posted on here in the past about it. They had no problem at all going to work for a good carrier.
Where is your domicile; in Tennessee or another state? The reason for asking is it helps to know the hiring area you live in. -
No real info on the school except that they have opened a branch here in Tampa within the last year. It's getting happy reviews online. I have decided to go there next month instead of waiting until August to go to PTEC for nine weeks.

Many good companies hire in your area. You can submit job applications during the first week of school this way you'll be able to start work as soon as you graduate.Tunahead Thanks this.

Thanks Chinatown. I'm already planning on Swift, as my brother has been with them awhile and they are waiting for us to team up. I've been planning on making this move for about two years now, and this forum has been my nightly reading for most of that time. I plan on getting my time in and then hitting you up for some advice, I learned quickly that you have that kind of info.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Best wishes to you and your brother. It's a great career.
There's more good companies that hire from your area for teams & solo.
Abilene Motor Express - lots of California/Pacific Northwest/Southwest.
Freymiller
SVTN - hazmat/tanker
Plenty more, but good luck to you and your brother with Swift. -
I'd spin by Peak Technical Institute as well, they are right down the street from them. It doesn't hurt to compare the two before you make a choice.
Check out class sizes, equipment, facilities....meet with the staff.
You dont have any obligation to anyone but yourself, do yourself the favor and check out all options before making a decision. -
sounds like the place to learn to be a future truck driver if they have companies that recruit from there you'll be on a winner.
