    • image.jpeg image.jpeg Does anyone use the back top deck that has chains that allow the front of that deck to drop down? Would it help any with this load?

    Hammer166 and Terry270 Thank this.

I split deck pick ups to help that. Plus backing in the bottom one just so the tires are on the belly drop then you can gain a fee inches too.once you drop the belly

That's how I always loaded my chain truck, with one exception. You have to pull the back bottom in so the back of the cab is at the front pivot of the #5 deck.

Those front traps on #5 are to far to the rear to get the front tires of a pickup into them. Most of my guys use them only rarely. They're handing for stacking two SUV's if you have to get low, that's about it.

Terry270, Banker and skinnyb01 Thank this.

If I move #4 deck up over the bed of #3 I can slide the back bottom further forward and then drop #5 down a couple more inches. The only unit I would like to adjust is #5 and this might do it.
