Refusal for drug screen reported falsely 3 years later

I think you would have a case for defication on your character if it has cost you employment as well.

 

All the random tests I've ever had were magically when I was at a terminal. Of course when a QC was involved, I always read the message. I could read mine while in motion. I have one now where you had to listen to the QC voice I might get in trouble, cause I never read them until I stop.

 

Id definitely dispute it with Hireright if you havent refused to take a drug screen.

 

You mean defamation of character, right??? Cause defecation on character, albeit sounding similar, means something very different....lol
