Favorite Healthy Recipe/Truck Meal

    I'm in cdl school at the moment but I plan to bring stuff like chilli I can just heat up and eat. Maybe stew or something as well.

    i have a microwave , crock pot , grill and fridge in my truck ... i grill alot when the weather is nice and pre cook meals at home and freeze them for the road , not really that healthy but certainly heathier than fast food garbage .

    Ive put food on the table in winter. Weighed maybe 150 wet. Little runt. 4 complete meals a day plus unloading trailers every night big to small wood maintains that weight at 150.

    I would be a fool to eat that now, I would be dead from obesity like several members of my family.

    would stay away from poppy seeds, they show up as opiates on a urinalysis. if you ever get picked for a random. the poppy seed thing was on mythbusters a few years back

    That has never crossed my mind, but you are right. I just googled that video on myth busters. It appears that eating all the cake and bagels that they did would be a lot more than a little bit of salad dressing. Good to know, I have always thought that was a myth lol...
