The recruiters phone offer, for a solo driver, guaranteed 2500- 3000 miles.
    Weekly salary of 950.00.
    Home weekly.
Benefits of med, dental, vision if you work full time full 5 days a week.
    Offer 401k.
    Life an disability.
Fast forward first week. Orientation didn't sign anything pertaining to any type of MED, DENTAL, VISION OR LIFE INSURANCE NOR DID I GET IT. Didn't sign anything pertaining to disability, Didn't sign anything about 401k. They put your payroll on hold for two weeks for direct deposit purposes which I don't understand that because if I give you my account and routing number directly why the #### I gotta wait two weeks also if I'm on salary. 2nd week check wasn't 950 the third week check wasn't 950. They have a couple major accounts one hauling cabinets for American woodmark an one hauling for AO Smiths. Good trucks all freighliner. Majority of there trailers dog track but other than that well maintained. Dispatcher Ken is stuck up don't know what the hell he is doing at all. Safety is joke. Weekly average of miles is 1500-2000 for solo and the get your "SALARY" OF 950.00 OFF OF THE GREAT PER DIEM . EVERY CHECK I'VE RECEIVED HAS BEEN BELOW 950.00 don't get you home every weekend, so don't count on it, they'll get the veteran drivers there first and you'll have to pick up there load they were on an carry it the rest of the way. This company is a racist joke. I dought Mr dillon knows what's going on please point me to a good company these company's lie lie lie an i stillget let down, no cash advances, and even tho they know your experienced from the moment you open your eyes an turn that key to activate your Qualcomm they message you annoying questions like are you getting ready to roll, an you just want to say, no I'm just waking up to see what's going on, torally annoying dispatchers planners the whole administration you have no space AT ALL

The weekly salary of $950 seems halfway fair; if they pay it consistently as agreed, and that should be take home after taxes and benefit deductions...otherwise, this is crap wages for OTR or regional. Just curious do they pay per mile as well? If not then why do they promise 2500- 3000 miles per week? If you are on salary it shouldn't matter what kind of miles you are getting...if you end up sitting the salary would be the same right? Please clarify.

    1. Yes they pay.38 cent for 1 years experience. 39 cents for 2 years
    2. And if you don't drive 2500 that week they revert your salary into milage pay, but they're going to tell you that you will always make the 950.00 which you wont.

But let's say you drive over 2500 miles an drive say 2700 they will pay you what the extra is by milage pay. And I thought they get the 950.00 by multiplying the .38 by 2500 but that's not how they get it they do that per diem #### an it looks like the matrix on your check stub so you always have to read over it and ask them what formula are they using because your not paid 950.00 exact!!!

How did you not know that the pay was going to be before taxes? That's not just standard in trucking, but literally every salary job ever.

    $950 a week and that's also with a per diem ?
... They are paying you with your own money by using the per diem as part of the pay package
.... Whenever you see a figure like this advertised, always remember that is NOT going to be your actual take home pay.
.... The purpose is to make it look better than what it actually is worth
.....this job is more than likely NOT worth your time and effort
