OC WiFi blocked gaming?

Verizon recently announced they were adding a 20.00 fee to old plans

 

Well that sucks! I'll still only being paying $90 per month on my total phone bill, $40 of that for unlimited data. Verizon's current highest plan for data is 12gb per month for $100. $40 for unlimited when I use 30+ gigs per month isn't too bad.

I have unlimited data with my Verizon plan, I use the hotspot on my phone to play on my laptop, and play DDO during my 34 hour reset when I'm on the road

 

I am assuming League of Legends would be to data intensive.
