It is extremely possible you were involved in a really bad injury collision or a fatal. Until you tell me more that is what I am going with. Also you are a horrible liar.

Sorry, Widowmaker, but there's too much not adding up. Your responses are extremely evasive, detached, or even nonsensical. At this point, I'm not even sure you're who you claim to be. You say you're "not about to lie", but I'm getting a very strong sense that's exactly what you're doing.

What did they take you to jail for? If you got a ticket and taken to jail, you were definitely at fault.

Did you hit your head really hard within the last ten years? Are you now just getting out of prison?

In answer to your question, Im sure the insurance company has paid at least something on the claim after 10 years? Maybe not the complete Judgement Amount?

I haven't looked in detail yet, but splurge insurance company went bankrupt shortly after the company.

The OP would feel a lot better if he just came to carpet and spilled his beans, it's not like we are going to condemn his soul to the everlasting fires of hell
.... Instead he is going to tie himself to the whipping post and try to beat the heck out of his ankle
