When you start flipping from Day driving to Night driving, and back again you can burned out real fast. Your body can only stand it for so long. Probably one of the biggest reasons some drivers fall asleep behind the wheel while their driving. I'm sure it's a big factor in the high driver turnover rate with some of these companies.

 

not if you work for Carroll Fulmer you go to see it a lot and you'll get all the sleep you want it's just them the money you won't see much of that so if you want sleep come to Carroll Fulmer

 

Drive......eat......sleep...wakeup repeat.

Shower? Park in the last fuel island, go to line 3 on duty not driving, stick the hose in one tank, run in jump under the shower, get dressed, put up hose, return to line 4. 15 min express shower. Lol.....padding the logbook so you look busy when they steal your breaks.
