    Once a week for Walmart?
I get to one every other day or so because I like fresh food on the truck.

I don't exercise though. Never have.

I am 60 years old, 6' and 180 pounds and I don't eat very much during the day.
A cup of coffee in the morning and sometimes something little during the day besides water.
Then a good meal at night which I usually prepare in the truck with my lunchbox ovens. That is usually salmon or chicken with rice or potatoes and a vegy.

The thing is, most drivers are trying to drive as much as possible while stopping the least amount of time.
It takes time to cook meals. It is much quicker to get fast food.

And most people think they need more food than their body requires.
Some are constantly stuffing something in, and usually not something good for them.

I'm on the family dollar account, slinging 3000 plus pieces of merchandise every trailer load and sweating my butt off keeps me in very great shape lol

I spend more than half of the year at truck stops (my house burned down), and so often watch the lifestyles of truckers.
A large percentage are in pretty bad shape physically. I watch them limping from their tractors to the Country Pride... you know the scene.
I try to picture why....what...happened to them. A divorce, a bad turn, I dunno, but I've had my own hard knocks and I can see what it would feel like for those who turned to the road, alone all day, with their only joy to look forward to the comfort of the buffet. Not much else for some of these guys.
I don't belittle their situation because I'm sure that in most cases it wasn't as simple as them "just liking to eat" that got them to this place in life.

I've been sitting at 190LBS since last year May when I started driving. Despite the trash I'm stuck eating I haven't gained any fat in other places than my belly. I used to sleep well in the truck now I have to sleep on my back. I can't rest on the sides anymore. I used to get bad leg craps that were being caused by the seams on the Crapcadias drivers chair. It got so bad one time that I limped for two weeks. One day in the shower I ran my hand down the back of my leg and it was either a tick or a blocked up vein. I thought it was a tick :( there was alot of blood. I though for a second I might upstage Florida Man on worst death of the week. "Arizona man dies in truck stop bathroom due to blood loss" I later went to the Hana Chrome in Amarillo and got a seat cover and now sit on the floor. I haven't had leg problems since. The leg issues are going to continue to happen as long as the trucks get slower and drivers need to spend more time trying to keep their average miles per hour up. As soon as I quit South Wales Integrated Fast Transit I will never work for a company that has trucks under 65. I need to average a mile a minute or my life is being wasted.

The food out here sucks at the "Truck Stops" the megas are just oversized gas stations. I just want some Honey Nut Cheerios and lactose free milk. "Nope we have a Wendys or whatever and you'll eat whatever slop they have." I live for the independents with real restaurants. I can only shove so many 9-grain preservative, super salt ham and I-think-thats-chesse sandwiches into me.

If you figure out how to live and eat healthy on a mega company salary and put that in a PDF I'll buy it for 75$.....cambodian.

P.S Where is everyone buying pants? Why am I paying 20$ for mens pants?!! There isn't even enough space to fit my membership card filled walled, cellphone and ecig in the pockets. I could do that with my old pants. I wore a 36X32 Dickies when I started driving but now I need a 38x32-30. The 38s make me look fat in the legs, I swear they are cutting Dickies differently now.
I may have to start wearing jeans again, I found a nice pair of 40$ jeans at the truck stop in Weatherford, OK. I'm not paying 40$ for pants that will need even more time in the dryer.

This guy sure is a judgmental prick. Now I'll always feel like some step decker is watching my fat tail mosey across the parking lot with my mega meat and pepperoni 2 for five deal. With my 2 for 4 dollar Mountain Dew and big bag of sour cream chips.
