Legal advice needed about medical card

    Thanks for the replys by the way. Hey Bulldog, I find it hard to believe they would let you keep going till you found someone to qualify you. Plus could get pretty expensive I guess. DOTphysical doctors.com says you have a right to a second opinion. Didn't say anything about a 7th, haha,
    I haven't been able to find it in writing on the FMCSA website.

    BTW looks like I'll be getting another job (assuming I get a card) because not only won't the un-named huge orange company pay for another physical, as I said, then they want you to "present" your case to the FMCSA for review. I told another driver today, that's like when you see an inspection area in Kentucky, swarming with cops and DOT, and it's CLOSED, but you pull in anyway and honk your air horn and yell - "Hey ! Does my trailer look OK to you guys ??? "

    Go to a different Doctor. Don't tell them anything about the last visit or any history whatsoever.
